1 crusty Baguette
3 tablespoons Basil EVOO
Black Cyprus Sea Salt
5 ounces goat cheese, softened to room temperature
2 tablespoons of Miscouglio Herb Blend
Fig Balsamic Vinegar for drizzling
1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Slice the baguette into 1/2" slices and arrange on a baking sheet. Use a pastry brush to lightly coat both sides of each piece with olive oil.
3. Sprinkle the tops with salt. Once the oven is pre-heated, place the baguette slices in the oven.Remove the baguette slices after 15-20 minutes, or when crisped and golden.
4. Mix Miscouglio & goat cheese together. Smear onto baguette and drizzle with Harvest Fig Balsamic Vinegar.
