Fiesta Beef Tacos

Our Fiesta Spice infused oil adds a depth of flavor to ground beef perfect for taco meat! These delicious tacos are perfect for entertaining or a weeknight meal!

2 tbsp Fiesta Spice Olive Oil

1 lb Ground Beef

2 tbsp Adobo Spice or Sweet Smoked Chili Rub

1 tbsp Jalapeño Lime Balsamic

8-10 Tortilla Shells

1 Tomato, diced small

1 cup Shredded Lettuce

1/2 cup Queso Blanco Cheese

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet with the oil over medium heat. Add the ground meat and break apart with a spoon.

2. Season with spice or rub and cook ground beef throughout.

3. Add the vinegar, stir and cook an additional minute until caramelized.

4. Layer tortillas with meat, tomato, lettuce and cheese. Enjoy!
