Basil Raspberry Lemonade


Makes 1 Pitcher


1 cup Lemon Juice

1/2 cup Sugar

8oz Fresh Raspberries

12-14 Fresh Basil Leaves

4-6 tbsp Vine-Ripened Raspberry Balsamic

6 cups Sparkling Water


  1. Muddle first 5 ingredients in a large pitcher or bowl and let sit for 20 minutes to let the sugar dissolve.

  2. Strain thru a fine mesh strainer to remove the raspberry seeds and basil leaves. Using a spatula, press all the liquid through and then toss the seeds.

  3. When ready to serve, put the balsamic mix in a pitcher and top with sparkling water.

  4. Serve over ice with a lemon wedge and basil leaf.
