Ingredients

  • 6 oz smoked salmon

  • 3 tbsp Ampersand Cucumber White Balsamic 👉 Get it here

  • ¼ cup red onion, finely diced

  • 4 tbsp fresh dill

  • 1 tbsp capers

  • 1 avocado

  • 1/2 English Cucumber

  • ! brick of cream cheese

  • 1 tbsp Ampersand Sicilian Lemon Olive Oil 👉 Shop now

  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice red onion and give it an ice bath in a small bowl for 15 min. This allows the heat of the onion smooth itself out. Drain, add in the cucumber vinegar and let pickle for 15 min.

  2. On your cutting board smear the cream cheese and layer all the ingredients on top. Now chop, fold, add in onion and chop and fold until it is the desired consistency you enjoy.

  3. Add to your bagel or celery or crackers and enjoy!
