Garlic Vinegar Dipping Sauce
3 tablespoon minced garlic
½ tsp ground Sichuan pepper (or black peppercorns)
3 tbsp Cilantro Olive Oil
1 ½ tsp Soy Sauce
6 tbsp Sriracha Balsamic Vinegar
Fresh chilli, finely chopped
Coriander, chopped
1/2 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
Heat the olive oil over medium high heat for a minute or two, until it starts to shine but not smoke.
In a bowl mix together the garlic and peppercorns, carefully pour the hot oil over. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Serve along side wontons, potstickers, fried rice or anything else!
