Lavender Baked Feta with Honey
This is a savory and sweet dish featuring creamy, warm feta cheese infused with lavender notes, topped with a drizzle of honey for a perfect balance of textures and flavors.
Ingredients:
1 Block of Feta
10 Sheets Phyllo Dough
4-6 TBSP Lavender Infused EVOO
2 TBSP Feta & Herb Dipper
1/4 Cup Honey
2 tsp Rosemary Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Culinary Lavender
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350℉. Line a small baking sheet with crinkled up parchment paper.
Place 1 sheet of phyllo on your parchment paper and brush with olive oil and sprinkle the dipper. Continue to layer the sheets, oil, and dipper.
3. Place the feta in the middle of the phyllo sheets and
gently fold the dough over, brush with oil & flip out on the
prepared baking sheet, seam side down. Brush liberally
with olive oil. Place in the oven and bake 20-25 minutes or
until golden.
4. Warm the honey and add the culinary lavender. Let
infuse for a few minutes.
5. Place your baked feta on a serving platter and drizzle
generously with the lavender honey and serve with
crackers or crostini.
