Lavender two Bean Hummus


Ingredients:

½ Can of Garbanzo Beans

1 Can White Cannelloni Beans 

3 Garlic Cloves, minced

Juice from 1 Lemon 

Dressing:


Directions:

  1. Take half the garbanzo beans and chop into small chunks.

  2. In a food processor combine all hummus ingredients (except the chopped garbanzo beans) and blend until smooth.

  3. In a mason jar combine the dressing ingredients and shake until combined.

  4. In a bowl mix together the smooth bean mixture and the chopped garbanzo beans and drizzle the dressing over the mixture.

  5. Serve with crackers, celery, carrot sticks, and peppers.
