Lavender two Bean Hummus

Ingredients:
½ Can of Garbanzo Beans
1 Can White Cannelloni Beans
3 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 TBSP Lavender EVOO
Juice from 1 Lemon
2 tsp Tzatziki Rub
1/4 tsp Roasted Garlic
Dressing:
1 TBSP Lavender EVOO
1 TBSP Meyer Lemon
1 TBS Tzatziki Rub
Pinch of Roasted Garlic Sea Salt
Directions:
Take half the garbanzo beans and chop into small chunks.
In a food processor combine all hummus ingredients (except the chopped garbanzo beans) and blend until smooth.
In a mason jar combine the dressing ingredients and shake until combined.
In a bowl mix together the smooth bean mixture and the chopped garbanzo beans and drizzle the dressing over the mixture.
Serve with crackers, celery, carrot sticks, and peppers.
