Strawberry Lemon Flatbread

8 Strawberries, diced
1-2 Nan or flat bread
1 flatbread
2 TBS Basil Olive Oil
1-2 TBS Onion & Spice Dipper
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
3/4 cup arugula
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 tsp Roasted Garlic Sea Salt
3 slices of prosciutto
3 slices of fresh mozzarella
Fresh Basil
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place 2 flatbreads on a baking
sheet and brush them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and dipper.
2. Heat remaining oil in a skillet set over medium-low heat. Sautee onions
for 4-5 minutes until they're lightly browned, then sprinkle them with a
pinch of sea salt.
3. Arrange the burrata or Mozzarella over the flatbread, then top with
caramelized onions, walnuts, diced strawberries, and a sprinkle of sea
salt.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Remove from the
oven and drizzle on balsamic, then top with arugula and basil leaves if
desired.
